This is an inclusive workshop & I have bookings from male & female, artists & hobbists, young & more experienced, so do feel welcome to join us.

Clare Broome Male & Female Life Drawing Workshop 2013
This session will have a mix of exercises, with the main emphasis on exploring how body posture evokes emotion & can suggest movement which will be especially relevant to students building a portfolio while remaining pertinent to more established artists wishing to expand their figure drawing repertoire.
Clare, who personally trained both Gail & Jim, will officiate & guide you through the day. All equipment & basic media provided & as always Clare will also have a few light refreshments, if you could bring your own lunch. The cost of this unique workshop is £40 & numbers are limited to ensure everyone has sufficient space.
This workshop does not have a date set yet – I am opening it up to everyone to express a preference for either a Saturday or Sunday – with a provisional aim to hold it on either the 30th Nov or the 1st Dec.
If we are oversubscribed we could well run two workshops with a discount if anyone wished to attend both.

IAPS holds two juried exhibitions per year, a gallery exhibition in the Spring and a webshow in the Autumn. The beauty of the webshow is that you don’t need to ship accepted artwork, there are no size restrictions, and you can enter pieces that have already been sold!

If you are accepted into the show, you will receive one point towards Master Circle and Eminent Pastelist recognition, and will receive another point for any award you might win.

Entry is online only. For the Call for Entries click here to be transferred to Scroll down to the IAPS Entry and follow the instructions to register your artwork. If you have previously used, it is even easier – just log on using your password.
